Is this a real bank where u can do nusiness

There is a service agent at all the cafes but it it's not a traditional full service Bank. I have had to withdrawal more than the maximum daily would allow and the agent was able to get that approval so i could get that done without having extra fees by going to a Bank and do a credit card advance

You can make deposits and withdrawals at the ATM inside. They do not cash checks. They have great customer service and an awesome atmosphere.
