I agree too the customer service is horrible, and I had several great experiences at Stuff I Eat. I've been going to Simply longer and I always experience bad customer service, never at Stuff I Eat. They had wonderful service and the food is great.
I found stuff I eat, to not be polite or accommodating when they gave me a burrito with hardly nothing in it. The workers / employees there hung the phone up like high school kids, they were abnoxiouse and rude. I called the owner and he wouldn't return my call. At least when simply wholesome makes a mistake they take full responsibility for it, and credit you to make it up, no hanging up on you. Simply Wholesome also sponsors youth programs in the neighborhood, we tried to get Stuff I eat to do that for years and it was always a NO. Granted, good customer service is hard to find nowadays in many places. But nothing worse than what happened at stuff I eat. STUFF I EAT also claims to be organic, and its actually NOT. Simply Wholesome also allows many entrepreneurs to place products in their health food store. Again supporting the future of the community. Accountability & responsibility is important from the top down. Factoid: Stuff I Eat prices are highway robbery and nothing inside.
Yes I agree the customer service is horrible. Simply wholesome needs to get better on the customer service they're not the only business that cater to this type of food. You will get better service stuff I eat that's located in Inglewood on market Street. The food is fantastic they give you a lot for what you pay for customer service is great
