There's a sign in one of the party rooms that suggests that they do, you have to pay for the buffet and bring the cake, etc.

Yes they sure do and they are very very good and very very nice and kind to their customers and I would recommend that anybody that goes there won't be disappointed or dissatisfied with their services or their food because it is very very very good.
