Last I checked, Opry Mills offers free wheelchairs but no 'scooters'. You'll find this is typical of indoor shopping malls -- regardless of state, east of the Mississippi -- because they have good reason to be concerned about liability issues with motorized transport.

I'm pretty sure that they have wheelchairs but not positive about the scooters.
