Yes they do . Just wipe it down for safety sake

I was there last week, and they are letting people use them now.

When I went last weekend, the strollers were all wrapped in plastic and locked down. I'm sure it's due to Coronavirus. There's probably no way they could keep track of all the cleaning and logistics.

Not sure if you can rent though with the virus, you might want to call and ask
