The owner is called Giuseppe and he is from Palermo Another chef is his brother In the dining room Giuseppe's daughter and many others from the area The owner is Giuseppe He is from Palermo in South Italy Other chef in the kitchen is his brother The servers in dinning room are people from here and Giuseppe's daughter
Call the restaurant and ask. He is a friend of our family and works there just about every night. Very nice people.
