24 7... The park is still well lit from the street lights. And every once in awhile the cops will driver by w the spot light to make sure all is well. Midnight/ late hours is ok as long as the pups aren't being loud waking up the hood.
Officially it is dusk till dawn. If you are respectful to the neighbors you can get in a night walk or run without any trouble.
