Does anyone know if this location ever runs $99 a year memberships?

I have not heard that yearly membership fee. As stated above, $45 annual fee and $10 or $20 monthly charge depending on your plan.

No. They change you $45 per year and 10 or 20 every month depending on your plan

I think they do I remember something mentioned when I got my membership
