Do I have to make an appointment to look at dogs or can I just walk in.

No appointment necessary.

You can just walk in as long as they're open. You can wander the runs and small dog room and when you find one you like you can take it for a walk or ask to socialize with it in one of their socialization rooms, just ask at the desk and give the dogs name

Not sure call n ask.. but they are very rude
