Yes.... For a fee they will take in your dog.... If you are concerned.... You can prepay his adoption fee and that will ensure he finds a new home quickly.
You would have to surrender him first.
You can surrender your dog at the humane society, but you will have to let them know ahead of time that you would be bringing a dog in that you can longer have. It costs 50 to surrender a dog.
