They probably sell gift cards for groceries. I believe they will accept their own gift cards toward the purchase of products in store. I doubt that they would exchange cash for gift cards - their own or other stores'. You could call and ask one of the locations.
Buy gift cards? You mean cash gift cards or accept gift cards?
