You can park at the harbor bus station and take an uber. Or wait for the (bus) cheapest.. or you can park at a 99cent or a hotel nearby.
There's plenty of parking and I as well advise you get there at minimum an hour early go get a good parking spot.
All I can say is make sure you come early. But to be honest they have enough space for everyone it's just frustrating to wait in long lines.
