All you can do is ask. If you have a pet, make an appointment and then ask the doctor your questions
I kn9w the vet is actually a contracted provider and not affiliated with the shelter, ie, if you ask a shelter staff member about appts, pick up times ect..they tell you they dont know ...they are seperate
