my neighbors dog keeps escaping from their yard and damaging the mesh fence i have in place to keep other critters out of my yard. I have asked them repeatedly to secure their fence and they refuse saying its a small dog. what can i do?

Yes, call animal control. They will serve a citation and give them a time limit to fix the problem
