Sure just don't eat flour, rice etc. Always remember it's your order they will make it how you like it. Example the burrito is flour can request corn tortilla instead. Its good food. Enjoy.
They can modify any plate you order. Im also GF and also don't eat dairy. Hacienda has plenty of options to work with
I would just eat the carne asada meat with no tortilla and beans and cheese... Awesome restaurant 👍!
