Some people stay there at cheaper rates until summer months when college kids are flocking there for $40 per night. Thet move to another location thats affordable. Move back there if season.
They have long term except during the summer months, they were reasonable for full hook ups and basic cable. $600 last year I believe. But things might have changed. Call Sue in the Office, she's really nice. Good luck!
