Kinda. I'm not sure if it's the whole week. But they sell on the parking lot instead of the usual place. And you don't need to pay an entrance fee.
Wednesday and Thursday is parking lot merchant day. No entrance fee. Friday evening 5 to midnight, Saturday 9 am to 4 pm, Sunday same. I used to have a booth there.
