Yes they do have a lot of opting but like every place that has a captive audience they can charge a surcharge to its products. They have several places to eat inside the concourses some from very minimal options like a cookie or a sandwich to even lorenza Garcia cocina on concourse d , world wide cafe on terminal e , villa Italian kitchen on terminal d, icebox café , guava and Java on terminal g , la pausa restaurant on h-j connector, air margaritaville terminal e, la carreta and many more options just pick one that serves your needs and like I explain be prepared to bit more then places outside but you need to pay a premium for convenience. Hope my information was helpful if not next time just approach a representative of any of the places or airlines and ask they tend to know more and all seem to be very helpful.
Yes, but will be expensive. Go out and you will find lots of options nearby.
Yes. There are always food concessionaires located at many spots inside. You just need to explore. Some are next to the bathrooms.
