When I was there the last two times there was outdoor seating and the food was excellent. Planning to go there again in a couple more weeks.
Outdoor seating with umbrellas on the side of the restaurant. I do not know about dogs, but the staff is very friendly and helpful!

When we visited a couple days ago they did have a patio, they actually suggested it to us due to the restaurant being packed. I am not sure about being dog friendly however.
