I’m canceling my membership as soon as they open I’ve been being charged every month from my other ( another planet fitness ) gym even though the manager told me I wouldn’t be until the gym opened.
Why don't they have a message machine answering calls...your telephone just rings. You should be open today. Are you? If not, why not?
