You can book yourself any slot that is open at the front counter. Different machines have different lengths of time. Just swipe your membership card on the scanner once you select the machine and time slot. Tah dah! You'll be thick skinned in no time!
I think as many as you want. They're new so I think you may be limited to three minutes at a time.
