Is Sandy Beach open to the public or just Bantam, Litchfield and Morris? I drove by today and it looks so peaceful there.

I think it's open to all. If you drive to enter in a car with Connecticut license plates it's free, out of state plates pay $15.

I believe anyone can go. You have to pay $20 for parking.
