I have a salute Blaze because I use my card every time I'm there and because I'm there often and win/spend more than the average player.
I have Blaze card cause they matched my tier level at Quest which is VIP
The salute as you know is for military and first responder and now the blaze is a level that you have to reach in order to receive that particular card. I'm not sure exactly the amount you have to spend or the exact amount of points you have to reach to move up to that level though I'm sorry.
