No, the sun cards are just a promotional "loyalty" thing they do. You can earn points and other things on them. I dont personally gamble with them but the company I work for does a lot of co op stuff with them. They are fantastic people to work with in my experience.
No casino requires you to get their card. It's strictly for bonuses and marketing programs.
