So, just received a "replacement" for the vape pipe and it does not work. So, is there a trick I am not aware of? No instructions were accompanied with the pipe. Please explain. Is this a hoax?

Yeah it happened to me. Sometime if you tied it tight, it won’t work. But also, sometime It’s like what Jason said, faulty. Bring it back they will exchange it for you 👍
