I'm looking at a concert and there is "unreserved general admission" for the Lawn (cheaper and in the back) and the Pit (which is right in front of the stage). If I get a Lawn seat, am I able to move around and go up to the Pit?

Highly unlikely. You need to show your ticket to get into the pit. Might be able to move up into available seating though.
