Yes there is AC. It's not always great though. Yes generally there is seating for the show.
Yes AC.. Get there early if you want to get seating. Its the first to fill up as people can comfortably get food and drinks at their tables. Some venues have more then the standard seating.. Just depends on what kind of show you are seeing.

There minimal seating, but regardless I'm certain you should be able to find a chair, but it will be on the outskirts of the stage. Meaning you will have a standing crowd of people, packed in front of the stage, i.e. in front of you. There are balcony seating, up high, I noticed. I am not sure how to book one of those areas. Yes, to air conditioning. Hopefully this helps you🙂
