Normally it's service animals only(small dog in a carrier might be ok)
I think it's at the discretion of the store, but most places, if your dog is quiet and not disruptive, and can be in the carriage, they often look the other way. Definitely dont leave your dog in the car most days during daylight hours mid June thru early sept. Even if it's only 70 degrees out, with the sun shining, it becomes an oven. Cracking the windows isnt enough. I find that folding a jacket or towel or something is needed in the carriage because of the wire mesh, which hurts their feet and makes it hard for them to sit or stand. Not trying to be preachy, just sharing my experience with this! Have a great day with your pooch!
I have seen small dogs in the store
