NO it is posted at the entrance City ordinances does not allow overnight parking! I worked at Walmart for 27 years! But in Sam's book he does allow it! So what I say make sure you park all the way in the very very corner of the parking lot that way no one sees you don't be obvious that you're an overnight camper and be good LOL good luck I always tell everybody when you travel out in rural areas staying Walmart's parking lots but if it's in a city and it's posted at the entrance overnight staying then watch out they can kick you out I don't know what else they can do!

Yes I believe they do I parked my RV overnight once & had no problems
