The store is 24 hours. There's usually an associate in sporting goods itself around 7/8 to 9/10/11 pm The register is closed down around 10/11 pm. However, during nights there is usually an associate stocking the department that can at least unlock the case (s) and make keys. There's a limited number of people who are able to make hunting/fishing licenses. If you're in need of that I'd suggest going in during "normal business hours " so you don't catch a day that there's no one to make a license at night.
