I work at Green Ginger and we have many gluten free options! On the menu (both takeout and in the restaurant) any item with the green triangle next to it is gluten free.
I haven't tried any of the dishes that are gluten free, but I do know that they have several available.

They do just be patient and ask questions, some Items may use it that are not obvious.
They have several gluten free optiins marked on their menu, including some seafood and some noodle dishes.
