Does Speedy , Cash give loans on Direct Express cards?

I just called the one on 6th street they said yeah they do allow loans with Direct Express, you need your number and a checking account. If you have your Direct Express card you would then use that. atleast that's the way the guy explained it over the phone.

You can use your Direct Express card as a bank account but Direct Express doesn't allow deposits other than direct deposit or returns so Speedy Cash will not be able to deposit money to your card.
