NOT a dumb ?!! I never saw any, and no signs posted in area warning of bears. It's a beautiful area.

I've only known about two bears in the 40 years I've lived here. And that was when we had severe winters and the snow forced the bears down to lower elevations

Thank you everyone! One of the scariest experiences at my last camping site...a bear pounding on the trash can the NEXT camp site over while my kids were in another tent😫...it was more scary when it stopped didn't know where it was heading next😣 Thanks for your responses!! Lots of help!

Yes some times at night you might see on come down to drink water. Also moose come down and alot of deer.

It is theoretically possible that bear might wander into the area. However, it is highly unlikely.
