Harold's just sent me a order of burnt chicken I called them and explained they put me on hold for 20mins and then hung the phone up I called back I got a answer machine if you can afford to lose your money go for it my experience wasn't worth it

The food sucks the customer service sucks we ordered got fish it was so overcooked it shattered on every bite the chicken is greasy oily this location sucks I would continue by writing bad reviews about them

The area is not the best the people have attitude is really not my cup of tea but the food is so damn good only reason why I go from time to time

I definitely would call back you didn't appeticate their customer service or order. They have really downgraded in entirely.
