1-2 hours lots to look at and fun games to play
The first question you have to ask is are you going to play games or just look around? If you're going to play games figure at least a hour if not two
1.5 hours as it's a lot of fun
We stayed for about 30-45 minutes but I would have stayed longer. Since most of the games are only a quarter, you can go with $5 and have a good long time!
Totally depends on how much you want to play. You could stop in for 1$ and play Pac-Man for 15 minutes or beat your high score and stay for hours. I usually spend about 2 hours with time to explore (and play air hockey).
