I paid $12.and some change for a 3pc dark meal meal with med. Pepsi and a chicken breast through drive thru about 40 minutes ago.... No breast. My friend had to eat dark meat. Does this happen often??

That's right. Every once in a while they forget something, but it doesn't happen very often.
