Yes they do :)! Frozen foods, sodas, fruits, bread, milk, snacks, coffee, etc. I think they have enough selection to fill one's pantry.
@Matthew Ryan, they do have groceries. Not a full selection of brands, but a generous variety. Everything from fresh fruit and veggies, to frozen of the like. Milk, eggs, cereal, bread, alcohol. Anything in particular you were looking for?
Maybe think in the mindset of a little more than the local convenience store.
Yes they have a lot of food. Not as much as Lee's Summit, but they do have groceries.
