Does the pastor truly believe in his church to grow and spread the lord's word or does he just preach because he has to because of his father. Or is he just there for a paycheck and vacations and doesn't reallly care about his church family.

This might be posted 11 months ago but my husband and I both agree regarding why he is there st all. Doctrine unsound and wishy washy. Only concerned with his home ( million dollar ) and money, money, money. We haven't been there for over a year , we decided to go there today, yet again he was SOMEWHERE else , he seems to be on vacation more than he and his wife work...if you can call it a pastor at all. Everyone else pays his way. We will not be returning. We will be finding another church that knows right is right and wrong is wrong !

I'm glad he takes vacations so he wont burn out like so many pastors do. But really this is probably a question for the pastor himself! I'm sure he would be happy to speak with you personally!
