Yes, we saw dogs outside in the lawn hanging out with their owners eating ice cream. I'm not sure if they're allowed in the building.

Outside, I am pretty sure it is okay. They have ample grassy areas, picnic tables, and overall room for pets. But inside? I would strongly suggest it is not a good idea. Every time we visited, it is elbow to elbow people. Plus, they serve food.
