I am curious why is it whenever I get food from there I either don’t get silverware or butter or honey or the extra things I ordered and paid for

I've had it go both ways didn't get things I ordered and couple times got more than I ordered

Cindy I have no idea. It happens to me alot so then next time I go there I'm going to ask them.
