Walmart specifically does not, but if you follow the line of stores through the parking lot as you're heading back out toward Jefferson, there's a Crystal Geyser one right before the Stater Bros. I think it costs $0.35 / gallon, maybe more. But if you download the PayRange app they give you your first use free (somewhere around $10 or $20 worth if I remember correctly.) You need to have internet on your phone though so the app can communicate directly with that machine while you're there.
