It will be easier to get in, if you have a non food product...
You can go to the market and talk to the manager and get more info, since every vendor has different regulations depending on what they sell. (Ag dpt, health dpt, seller permit etc..). There's a variety of vendor; food, drinks, crafts and farmer's/produce.
Contact the management of the market to reserve a space. Plenty of non food items are sold by vendors...
