They have a beginning tumbling class. Just give them a call, they will help you find the right class. They are the nicest people ever!
Usually they have a free first class for starters so they can evaluate you as well as you evaluate them. My son did that for gymnastics but for the cheer you be best off if you called the office or contacted them directly. The staff is great so they should be able to answer you the best.
