No it's not a place where you can bring your dog in the restaurant. However, there are restaurants along the coast who do. Those places will have an outside dining area that is close to the sidewalk. They are the only restaurants I can think of right now that will allow dogs...
They have some outdoor seating, but it is downstairs in a courtyard, so not very accessible. I would not bring a dog.
I dont believe that it is. During our visit we saw no dogs
