Just call and they'll put you on the waiting list and give you an estimate of wait time. If you're late they still keep your place on the list.
They also use the no wait app. Put yourself in the list through the app and see where you are in line
They don't, but you can call ahead prior your arrival and put your name on the waiting list
Reservation for parties of 8+ are accepted Mon-Fri. Unfortunately no reservations on weekends, but there is the options to put your name on the waitlist via Yelp & phone-in.
