The guy who cleans up the place is usually there in the morning but he ain't going to be able to help you it's probably gone
There is a little "office" room with a door there, where the change machine is. The owner has always been in there everytime i have been there. He yelled at me a couple times cuz he thought i was going to use the quarter machine and leave without washing my car with the quarters
