I've had slow service in the past but it was always because some tournament or large group showed up and they were not aware of it (my kids used to play hockey and it's very close to the rink and affected by their tournaments). On regular days I find the service extremely cheerful, friendly and accommodating.
I only ever had to wait one time out of many visits and they comped my my wife and my meals and gave us two $5.00 vouchers along with sincere apologies.
Why is this a question?!? Regardless, the statement is not true based on our many, many visits. Yes, of course, holiday time, and/or 6 pm on a Friday or Saturday will probably present a wait, the service is always outstanding.
