Would probably be a good idea. They take reservations for ordinary days because it gets pretty busy, so on holidays I'd say it's a safe bet

I would do reservations on weekends for sure. Not needed during weekdays.
Definitely on holidays. I believe you are asking about non holidays though and I would say yes during peak busy times. You can also call ahead!
