I don’t understand why the lights are on the open sign lit up and no one could take our order in the drive through we tried to knock on the door but no one answered. Why act open if you’re not.

We go there frequently and have never had that happen. But every one forgets to turn a light off now and then.

I'm sure it was a simple human error and they forgot to turn the light off. Defently worth going during open hours!!!

I agree, that's bad business practices. I don't know if it's meant to be a burglary deterrent or it's simple carelessness, but it's not good for business. Turn off your lights when you're closed!
