I recently had lunch at this specific Red Lobster. My experience was horrible. I sat at the bar with a friend and the bartender/ server was not on her job at all. I'm usually a heavy tipper money on the 20 to 25 percent range but her service wasn't even worth 5%. I kindly asked for more bread, and of course she brings out more cold bread. I was never offered any refills on my drink. I only ordered the sweet chilly shrimp and was totally disappointed. The lettuce they used was discolored, and soggy. It was a total disappointment. My service was so bad that I didn't even want to complain about my food. Other guess that arrive to the bar area after me were treated differently, they didn't have to wait to see the server as long as I did, and she was actually even more pleasant while interacting with them. Overall my experience at Red Lobster on independence was a nightmare. I'm disappointed because Red Lobster is one of my favorite places to eat. I'll never return to independence location
Your where there on a off day, I think. Most of the time service is great
